    Materials and maintenance

    All care instructions are mentioned on the label inside your huggy. However, general recommendations for the care of our Huggy are as follows:

    • Hand or machine wash in cold or lukewarm water (maximum recommended temperature: 40°C).
    • If using a washing machine, select a delicate cycle.
    • Use only very mild detergents (suitable for wool/silk).
    • Do not use a tumble dryer.
    • Avoid mixing with other colors.
    • Do not iron.

    To best preserve the softness and fluffiness of the Huggy for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing in cold water.

    Shipping and Returns

    Delivery

    • We use La Poste France for the majority of our deliveries. You will receive your package within 2 to 8 working days after it leaves our warehouse.
    • Delivery is free in France for purchases of 2 or more items.

    • You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a free return. Once received in our warehouses, a refund will be made to you within 8 working days.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging .
